Our Beginning
In October of 1999, Frank Manzi turned his passion for traditional Italian baking into reality when he opened the doors to Francesco’s Italian Bakery in the charming town of Charlton.
With his loving wife by his side and their 3-year-old daughter Gianna toddling around the bakery, Frank set out to create more than just a business—he wanted to build a community cornerstone where neighbors could gather and enjoy authentic Italian treats made with love and tradition.
From the very beginning, Francesco’s treated the community like family, providing them with exceptional service and the freshest cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads made from recipes passed down through generations.
